Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or receive store credit.

Eligibility for Exchange/Store Credit:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items on promotion (which may be marked as “clearance”, “final sale”, “special price” or with any other word(s) that imply a promotional offer) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process:

1. To initiate an exchange or request store credit, email us at info@jnjewelers.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know whether the exchange has been approved. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship it to you or notify you of your store credit.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if we determine that the item has been intentionally damaged or misused.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive an item that may have been damaged in transit or appear defective, please notify us immediately at info@jnjewelers.com for a replacement or store credit.
